Discovered Uncovered

Here’s a little of what I’ve been doing, loving and discovering lately…

  • Super grateful for the sense of community that is already developing over at Check In, our intermittent fasting Facebook group. I love that we are learning and sharing in each other’s journey.  Feel free to join in the fun!
  • Starting to journal daily. For a long time it’s been one of those things that ‘I know I should do’ but my coach said it’s finally time to quit talking and start writing. I’ll let you know how I go.
  • Obsessed with Lebon organic toothpaste. Made in France, I think this is the best natural and fluoride-free whitening toothpaste going around.
  • Sipping on spiced whiskey, tonic and soda.
  • Discovering Killer Curls, a curl defining creme from Kevin Murphy that has been a complete game changer for my locks!
  • Filling the house with freesias.
  • Eating at Kisume.
  • Treating at Glacé.
  • Excited that we’re very close to finishing our shipping container house and will be able to spend the summer down there – with no phones!
  • Late night drinking at the ever-faithful Siglo.
  • After writing this post, I think it’s time to be the last person in Melbourne to take up yoga! Any Bayside recommendations?
  • Watching this documentary about the Keith Haring Collingwood mural with the kids.
  • Making my superfood power mix and adding to yogurt, sprinkling over fruit, popping it on granola or eating straight from the jar as a mid-afternoon snack.
  • Reading Slow a book about living a simpler, more fulfilled life by one of my favourite people in the whole world, Brooke.
  • Looking forward to traveling with my Father to India next month.
  • Wearing the ultimate peach nude lipstick – Too Faced La Crème Colour Drenched Lipstick in Nude Beach
