Write to Change May

I don’t know about you, but May has well and truly snuck up on me! But in a case of better late than never, here’s my Write to Change for the rest of the month….

So, are you going to join  Sarah and I in getting serious about our goals?

All you have to do is write down just one goal or focus for May. It doesn’t matter whether it’s big or small  – it just has to be something you want to achieve by the end of the month.

Then, take a photo of it and share what you’ve written on Instagram and tag it with #writetochange or post it on Checks and Spots’ Facebook page.

When deciding on your Write to Change, why don’t you also think about how you can give yourself mini-rewards along the way? Celebrating your success as you work towards your goal is a great way of building momentum and keeping you on track.
