I’ve had the pedal down and the last six months have been intense – in a good way, but still intense! So, my Write to Change for June is all about pausing. It’s about recharging so that I don’t feel so spent.

All you have to do is write down just one goal or focus for June. It doesn’t matter whether it’s big or small – it just has to be something you want to achieve by the end of the month.
