Now that January is done and dusted, let’s get real – How did your Write to Change go? Did you achieve the goal you set and shared?
You might remember that my goal was to start volunteering. Well I’m happy to report that by writing down and sharing my goal with you lot, I actually got off my arse and DID IT! Volunteering is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, so to finally be less talk and more action is incredibly satisfying. It feels good.
Which brings me to this brand, spankin’ new month – are you going to join me and Sarah Von from Yes and Yes in Write to Change?
All you have to do is write down just one goal or focus for February. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a big or small change – it just has to be something you want to achieve by the end of the month.
To get the ball rolling, I’ll go first. Here’s my February Write to Change…
Write to Change Tip for Goal Setting Success:
Be specific! The more specific you are, the more likely you are to succeed. Also describe your Write to Change in ways that will allow you to track your success. For example – instead of writing ‘get fitter,’ specifing how many times a week you will exercise.
