Above is a glimpse at some of the January goals you have shared on Instagram and Facebook. It takes balls to be this vulnerable and exposed – so thank you if you’ve taken the punt and joined this bold adventure.
I’m also incredible excited that Sarah Von from the imitable lifestyle blog, Yes and Yes, has come on board. If anyone knows about about saying ‘yes’ to the life you want to live, it’s Sarah. Sarah and I have a stack of fun things planned for Write to Change, so stay tuned!
And if you haven’t yet jumped in and joined Write to Change – what are you thinking, you goose?! A Stanford University Study found that when people write down their goal, it increased the probability of them achieving it by over 70%.
It’s never too late to take part in Write to Change. All you have to do is:
Write down just one goal for January. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a big or small change – it just has to be something you want to achieve by the end of the month.
By sharing our goals publicly, there’s no hiding. Think of Write to Change as outsourced self-control! When we are accountable we are far more likely to fulfill our goals.
At the end of each month we’ll revisit our goal, reflect on how we went and set a new focus for the coming month.
