It looks butt ugly, but I bet this Two Minute Healthy Breakfast Recipe will become your new fave way to start the day! Loaded with nuts and seeds, this brekky is a good source of protein, fibre, zinc and minerals. Plus, it’s super quick to throw together will fill you up until lunch.
What You Need
While it might look like you need a lot of ingredients, I keep them grouped together in the pantry so it’s easy to just grab them in one go.
- 1 x apple – skin on but cored and quartered
- 1/4 of shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- 15 almonds
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs flaxseeds
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds
- 2 tbs pumpkin seeds
What You Do
- Pop all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until everything is finely diced.
- Add a dollop of yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and have a happy day!
