It’s funny what a difference an app can make! Here’s three new-to-me apps that are making my life better…
The Whole Pantry
Launched just last week, The Whole Pantry is the first app of it’s kind to combine inspiring vegetarian food, with lifestyle and wellness guides. Since I’ve been following it’s creator, Belle, for quite awhile on Instagram, it’s wonderful to now be able to make her recipes – the Black & Chewy Superbars in particular have been a bit hit in our household!
While the interface is pretty simple, Sworkit is brilliant for providing randomized circuit training workouts that will help you stay fit…anywhere. You can tailor your workout by how long you want to do it and the type of exercises you want to do (upper body, full body, yoga, cardio etc), and then Sworkit will do the rest. And the best bit is that you don’t need any equipment and this app is free.
I love lists. I love making them, doing them and checking things off. Lately I’ve been using Wunderlist to help me get stuff done, and it is honestly the best to-do list going around. It’s so simple to use and easy to organise. And because my phone is always near, it’s a great way of dumping the stuff that’s in my head so I don’t have to keep trying to remember all the little details. I’m hooked!
