What’s better than hummus? Hummus that has a citrus kick!
Inspired by my 10-day Go Orange challenge I’ve created an Orange Hummus recipe that I thought you might like to dip into:
What You Need:
- 1 x 400 gm can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 glove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbs orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest, grated
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs tahini
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
What You Do:
Pop all ingredients in a good processor and whizz to combine. Does it get any easier?!
