How you start each day really matters. Here’s five reasons why warm water (never scalding hot) and the juice of half a lemon is one of the easiest health choices you can make every morning for health benefits every single day.

  1. Balances your pH levels and helps alkalise your blood. A good pH level is really important as too much acidity in the body can be inflammatory.    
  2. Warm water aids digestion by stimulating the gastrointestinal tract. As an added bonus, lemons are high in minerals and vitamins that help loosen ama, or toxins, in the digestive tract.
