10 Days. 10 Oranges.
I dare you to hit the fruit bowl and join me for a little health challenge. Over the next 10 days, I’ll be eating an orange a day.
Sure they’re an excellent source of Vitamin C (something we all could do with at this time of year) but did you know that since Vitamin C is a water-soluble Vitamin, it is not stored in your body – therefore you need to consume it daily.
Aside from being a great source of Vitamin C, oranges are also packed full of valuable antioxidants that hep support your eyes and immune system. Plus, they contain heart protective nutrients such as Folate, Potassium and Fibre.
Over the next 10 days I’ll share my orange adventures on Facebook and Instagram as I peel, slice and cook with the original super fruit.
