- Drinking blk water which is infused with organic trace materials, balancing pH and electrolytes.
- Sleeping sweet on slip, my pure silk pillowcase. Unlike cotton, silk pillowcaees cause less friction when you move around at night which means goodbye bed-head!
- Loving Eat Now. This week is crazy busy with all the madness of MSFW, so I’ve been cutting corners and ordering healthy restaurant meals for dinner with this clever site.
- Dreaming big and setting myself big bad ass goals for the next 12 months.
- Reading Thrive by Arianna Huffington. If you only read one book this year, make it this one! Never has a book had more of an impact on me. For real.
- Wearing man-style brogues.
- Checking out The Merrymaker Sisters.
- Eating at RuYi, a modern chinese restaurant that serves up damn fine food in a stunning space.
- Playing with colour and having a purple hair moment.
- Finding heart shaped spuds and keeping them!
