21-Day Go Green Dare!


With all the parties, end-of-year drinks and catch ups that come with time of year, I find it really hard staying on track and eating well. So, I was wondering who wanted to join Vital Greens and I for the 21-Day Go Green Dare?

For three weeks I’m replacing one meal a day with a green smoothie. You could try every recipe in my ebook, 21 Shades of Green, or find your favourite and stick to it.

The 21-Day Go Green Dare will start on Wednesday (20 November) and run through to Wednesday 11 December, so you have a couple of days to do your smoothie shopping and get ready!
