How To Make Dairy-Free, Soft Serve Ice Cream With Just Two Ingredients

I could easily eat my body weight in ice cream and now I’ve found that the Yonanas ice cream maker will let me do it without a serve of guilt on top!

Unlike other ice cream makers, Yonanas is super easy to use. It also lets you make healthy soft service ice cream with as few as two ingredients and is a niffty way to use in season fruit that has seen better days. And the best bit? This ice cream is dairy free.

All you need are a couple of frozen bananas as the base for your sweet treat and then you simply add some of your fave frozen fruit. The unique Yonanas blades then do all the hard work and grind and emulsify the frozen fruit to create a healthy dessert.

We’ve been giving two flavours – banana & mango and banana & mixed berry – a serious run in our house, but the flavour combinations are endless. Or if banana isn’t your thing, you can use frozen mango or pineapple to create a sweet treat that has the texture of sorbet.

Yonanas RRP $89.95 // Available at Target, Myer, Harvey Norman or online.
