Mum and Dad have returned from an overseas holiday. Last year, I was awfully chuffed when they gave me these as a souvenir of their travels.
I didn’t think it was possible, but they managed to trump their previous efforts with these sweet bowls. They are made by two very talented ceramicists, Klaartje Kaamermans and Corien Ridderkhoff, who opened a ceramics shop and studio in Amsterdam some 30 years ago.
The other night we christened this spotty trio with olives and homemade pesto and I’m pleased to report they are as functional as they are fabulous. In fact, the parentals should go on more holidays if this is the sort of loot they return home with!
